Re: rear main seal failure due to oil overfill?
Not in my opinion... I think the oil would have to be so high that the crank would slap the oil... then shockwaves in the oil could slam aginst the tired old probably-ready-to-blow anyway seal and MAYBE push it out. But how much oil are we talking about here? ... Login to read more. ![]()
