I have a 95 Chevy T 10 That won't communicate with my Snap-On Scanner I have gone through the test in the manual checked all the grounds and pwr. I ran a ground directly from pin 4 to ground At the DLC Connector. All voltages and grounds are as they should be.... Login to read more.
