Yesterday we had a 1995 Neon 2.0 vin c towed in for a no [...] it was cranked over it sounded like the Timing belt was broken . Took it apart the Timing belt was not broken. Cranked it over and the Crankshaft would not [...] you turned it over by hand the flyw... Login to read more.
