I have a 99 Chevy G2500 van that I put a new VCM in. The old one had a hole corroded thru it. Anyways, the new VCM came already programmed except for the crankshaft relearn. We just got a new OTC Genysis scan tool and I just can't seem to get this thing to do ... Login to read more.
