Hello all. Wonder if anyone's seen this before. Vehicle failed an emissions test because of no mil bulb check. Supposedly, MIL came on a few days later with a couple O2 codes

P0134- O2 inactive Bank 1

P0140- O2 inactive Bank 1 S2
