Hello all... I am trying to locate the PRNDL Deoder in a 90 Buick Park Ave. 3.8L with a digital dash, for testing. (Flashing PRNDL Indicator.) MOD says it is located under the left side of the instrment panel. Does the dash need to come off to find this part? ... Login to read more.
