Tried this and grounds look good. I ran a new temporary ground to the battery and engine, no luck. Todays theroy was one of the 5v sensors were dragging the 5v ECM supply down. Disconnected all 5v sensors (including the trans) and tried one at a time. No luck ... Login to read more.
