Voltage drop test your grounds at the PCM with the harnesses connected to the PCM and the key is on. Run neg. lead from DVOM to battery neg. and use the other end with a paper clip to back probe the ground wires at the PCM. All should read under 0.10 volt drop... Login to read more.
