Check for 5v reference at the TPS. Just put a trans back in an 00 5.9 and caught the wires for the crank sensor between the block and case....no spark, no fuel, no 5v at the TPS, no communication with PCM. Don't know if the 95 and 00 systems are the same, but ... Login to read more.
