Adam, I fought with one of these to no avail. It had a "choppy" idle in closed loop as yours does and had high HC at idle. I found that in open loop it was perfect. Mine, as yours, had a weak pellet cat which I didn't replace as the pre-cat HC was too high. wi... Login to read more.
