Hi Rusty--I will double check the VSS harness routing just to be sure. I found no AC voltage leakage and I don't believe it is TCC related. Just anytime there is rear wheel movement (neutral, drive or reverse)and you crack the throttle slightly it shuts down. ... Login to read more.
