Re: 1991 BMW 535i A/C blower quits for 20 seconds
I had a Volvo 740 that did something like that a while
back. Turns out there is circuit to cut out the blower if
the engine is not hot AND the inside air is below 40F or
so. (To keep from blowing cold air in the winter)
