Hi Tom. As you have a Tech 2, try ramping up the fuel pressure and see what the maximum pressure is. It's been my experience that leaking injectors compromize the high pressure output. The last one I worked on with leaking injectors wouldn't even reach 17,000 ... Login to read more.
