Are you sure it's code P1610? According to SI2000, this code doesn't apply to the 99 Bonneville. If you didn't get the PCM reflashed for this vehicle, I'd do that first, assuming you just pick this pcm up from a salvage yard from another 99 Bonneville. If so, ... Login to read more.
