Last week I had an Avalon 3 Liter come in for a MIL. Turned out to have a "lean" injector in #4. This is the second one of these 3.0s that I've seen this on. The injector isn't dry, but its flow is reduced enough to make the cyliner weak on a contribution test... Login to read more.
