I get a frequency close to 100hz on your waveform. This, of course, is double your linefrequency (50Hz). I suspect your amp probe is "maxing out" showing a squarewave. Your charger probably uses a rectifier bridge and would show a ripple at tvice the linefrequ... Login to read more.
