It sounds like the sol. is not working but you have 12v to it,the sol. should have a two wire plug,one wire is a 12v feed and goes through the [...] the ecm grounds the [...] vac flows, you can unplug the sol and see what wire is the feed,so plug it in and jum... Login to read more.
