I use a coat hanger. Bend one end into a sharp tiny hook that curves back up (like a tiy "U" on the end). After you make your bend, go to the grinder and grind one side of the upward facing tip of that hook so as to sharpen it. bend the "handle" end of the hoo... Login to read more.
