Maybe they share the same ground or 5 volt ref. INSIDE the PCM. Just because they are on different pins coming out of the PCM, doesn't mean they are totally independenent internal to the PCM. In my electronics courses, I have seen many stereo amps, radios, ect... Login to read more.
