3 1/2" shoes will not fit where 3" is required, if 3 1/2 will fit in there i would be putting them on. There is normally 1/4" distance from where the shoe rides to the inner face of teh drum, not 3/4". I believe it is the rear axle GVW that determines... Login to read more.
