SHO Me A Timing Belt Job That Ends Well.

Subject car is a 95 Ford Taurus SHO, manual transaxle, 3.0 liter DOHC 24V yamaha powerplant. Vehicle had just had water pump and timing belt replaced as maintainence. Complaint is vehicle won't start.
