Hi Tom...I did the koer test, and had my vacuum guage connected into the hose at the egr...the egr DOES in fact open (I cannot watch it on my Mastertech for percentages etc..unless there is a way I dont know of), so I skipped the amp test. Seems to be a PCM is... Login to read more.
