99 windstar 3.8L runs rough at 40 - 45

Have a 1999 windstar with a 3.8L. Runs rough at 40 - 45 (thats when it is at its worst). Can also get it to run rough by loading the engine with a light load(at about 1200-1500 RPM in drive). When EGR valve is unplugged engine smooths out. Replaced the EGR val... Login to read more.
