I have power everywhere there is supposed to be 12V and 5V.

Here is cmp2 [2000 Honda Accord, CMP Sensor Waveform] and ckp and cmp1 [2000 Honda Accord, CKP Sensor, CMP Sensor Waveform] taken at the PCM.
