Ford has the same "problem" with 5.4 and 4.6 engines. The message we get is "Normal engine noise, do not attempt to repair" Have heard some really loud ones but if it goes away within 10 minutes or so that's what we have to tell the customer. Sure doesn't soun... Login to read more.
