Wade, Maybe the PCM is trying to heat up the o2 sensor to get a reading (I guess that it is flat lined below 300 mv?) by raising the idle. More info might help. What are the steps? What is the IPW? What is the AFS voltage at idle? I doubt that a new PCM will r... Login to read more.
