Has anyone had a problem re installing an NTK (NGK) O2 sensor in a GM vehicle instead of the genuine AC part??? Its a 4 wire sensor.

The vehicle is a 3.8 litre Sequential Injection vehicle with duel (LH and RH) O2 sensors.
