I had this happen to me on a Previa that nearly drove me crazy. Ended up being a short to ground on the CTP (closed throttle position) wire between the TPS and the cruise control ECU. If the Eng ECU sees ground at the CTP it goes into fuel-cut lets see... yeah... Login to read more.
