With vac line off it sets a low flow code, EVP rest voltage is .49v, I do get vacuum to the valve during the self test (~5in.) along with EVP increase. I can also lower NOX to reasonable levels (<200 PPM) by manualy aplying vacuum to open the EGR. No chip but ... Login to read more.
