Hi Doug,

I'd be looking at the EEC relay for excessive voltage drop. have seen a few with too much Vdrop. Quick way to check is to pull the relay and jumper the BAT+ to ECC VPWR terminals 37-57 at the ECA, and compare readings before and after. Login to read more.
