Oddly, a great many transmissions do just fine if left alone. If you run the intended mileage, the trans holds up almost without incident. I have MANY (hundreds of GM 4L60E and 4L80E that run 150k without even ONE fluid change. Would I do this on my own vehicl... Login to read more.
