You said that the voltage from the VCM to the ICM was 5.2 volts with the ICM disconnected. Is it possible that vref is too high cranking ? Maybe monitor vref running as well as cranking. I a$$ume the ICM should represent a fixed load, causing this volt... Login to read more.
