I've got 2 - 86 RX-7's (Gen 2's) and 3 - pre '85 RX-7's - What you describe is usually the start of the Apex seals on the rotors starting to go - sometime ( rarely) the seals will stick a little and running some top end cleaner through the fuel will free them ... Login to read more.
