1994 Camry P/Window woes. (can't see the forest)

Greetings all,

The more I look at this thing the more I realize my blinders are maybe preventing me from being able to see the forest.

1994 Camry sedan 4 door, passenger power window would go down, but not up. Checked the wiring diagram and see it's pretty... Login to read more.
