Hi Scott, the H is for setting while engine is HOT ( at operating temp ) as opposed to C (cold ) I used to adjust them Running, as you could idle these engines way down to about 350 RPM I had a snapon tool with 1/2 " handle to fit the nut and knurled knob with... Login to read more. ![]()
