I have, since I posted here, been given some information on a Toronto area distributor of OE Scantools; GM TECH 2 , CHRYSLER DRB-III, FORD NGS OR WDS, EURO AND ASIAN SCANTOOLS.. GM, FORD , CHRYSLER PROGRAMMING, FORD PATS, ETC ETC ETC....
