Bolt on a turbo or supercharger and you have exceeded 100%.

With a normally aspirated engine, its the "Holy Grail" yet to be found. Turbo charge to eg. 7 psi (1/2 bar; 1/2 1 atmosphere) and your over the 100% - something like 110 to 120%.
