Measure pins 40 or 60(Power Ground) to pin 46(Signal Return) at the PCM (Not the harness). You should have continuity. If not, there is an open in the signal return inside the PCM. You can also jumper pin 46 to 40 or 60 with the PCM connected to the harness. I... Login to read more.
