Hooked up the Snappy scanner. It powered up just fine with Key Off. Turn on the key, the scanner went dead. No problem. Checked signal return and found 9.5 volts. Rear HGO2 sensor wire was bare and into the sig ret. Took care of that, then had 7.5 ... Login to read more.
