I don't know of a shortcut on these.

Run at 3,000 rpm until fan cycles.

Restart and idle for 3 minutes.

Drive in closed loop for 3-5 minutes at 38-50 mph, then decel to idle speed for 2 minutes and turn off the key. Repeat test twice.
