Hey Greg, looks to me like the dark blue wire off of the VTD module at the key cyl. ( module is part of key cyl. assy. ) feeds the fuel enable signal to the PCM. This fuel enable signal should be approx. 50 hertz at 5 Volt peaks. BCM is not envolved with this ... Login to read more.
