Hi Steve. As you identified, the mainshaft with 1-2 synchro hub, sleeve, springs and keys is supplied fully assembled. Always replace the second speed driven gear when replacing the shaft assembly. Take a good look at the clutching teeth on the 2nd driven gear... Login to read more.
