I do hope this is a 97, 87 didn't have B1S2.

If it is a 97 the o2 sensors sensor low the tan/white wire grounds thru the sensor body. The best way to check this is to unhook the sensor and jumper the tan/white from the harness to the sensor. Then with a DVOM... Login to read more.
