Chrysler minivan B+ connection detection feature.
On 01> Chrysler minivans, one of the front control module's
inputs received/monitored is shown in the service manual as
"B+ connection detection". We don't have a Chrysler DRB and
can't access the FCM on our Genisys. What is this feature
and its function?
