Douglas. These do not pull the IAC to zero volts. 23% duty cycle is about as low as they will go. Was just scoping one in the shop & the pattern is nearly identical to yours. If it is pulling 23% & the idle slows down when you block the ports & the IAC counts ... Login to read more.
