Alex; If this is a 4.6L, there noted for carboning up the EGR ports under the TB in the rear. The cleaner probably loosened up some carbon and is holding the pintle [...] it and clean it [...] lifting up on the EGR valve and blowing some air through the intake... Login to read more.
