NO...........it refers to a lot more than just a Jeep TJ. I just had a 99 Dodge R1500 4X4 in yesterday with the same problem. When I checked for the TSB, walaaaaaaa, there it was & it listed a lot of different models of Chryslers that were effected. Login to read more.
