I've tracked this down to a noise(sounds like rusty hinge) thats coming from the p.s. rack itself. Occurs ONLY with the engine running, and I'm guessing it is in the input shaft seal area. The local dealer says he's fixed a few using "crojonic"???(I dont know ... Login to read more.
