Just went thru the same thing on a '96. Pump had a 5-amp draw at the relay - good. Waveform looked just like diodes - good. Pressure would be 0 psi and climb to 50 psi slowly - not good. As rpms increased pressure would drop off and die when pressure fell belo... Login to read more.
