Emil, we have ran into this also, the problem is addressed by Ford TSB # 94-5-12. They have a new water pump pulley that has a diffrent crown on it, Seems the old pulley was running the belt out of align causing the noise, part for the pulley is # F4TZ-8509-B.... Login to read more.
